About Me

I'm Mario Micka, a fractional CMO who has spent the last eight years building the marketing engines behind trade companies across North America — HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, and construction. I started where most marketing agencies stop: actually understanding how a trade business books jobs, and what makes an owner pick up the phone.

My work is built on a simple belief. Trade companies don't need another generic ad manager or a one-tactic SEO shop. They need CMO-level strategy across paid ads, local search, reputation, and conversion — executed by someone who treats their revenue like it's his own. That's why I cap my client list at four to six companies at a time and do the work personally.

To date, that work has influenced over $28M in revenue across 38+ trade companies, with an average 12x return on ad spend. No long-term contracts, no junior account managers — just the person who'll do the work, accountable to the numbers.
